Door-to-Door Storage is a managed storage service in Singapore. Choose a storage plan based on the amount of space you need, and we’ll arrange collection from your home or office. Our team inventories and moves your items into storage, then returns selected items or everything whenever you submit a return request.

Small Item Pickup is available for boxes and smaller items. For furniture, bulky items or the contents of whole rooms and homes, choose our Move to Storage service.

Door-to-Door Storage is a fully managed service. We collect, move and store your belongings, then return them whenever you need them. You do not visit the storage facility yourself.

Self Storage gives you a private, lockable storage unit with 24/7 access. You arrange the moving and manage the unit yourself.

Choose Door-to-Door Storage if you want a convenient moving and storage service. Choose Self Storage if you need frequent access to your belongings.

Yes. Our storage plans are suitable for furniture, boxes, appliances and other household belongings. You can use the service for short-term or long-term storage during a home renovation, move or overseas relocation.

Our moving team can also prepare and transport bulky furniture into storage for you.

Yes. You can request selected items without emptying your entire storage plan. Log in to your Spaceship account, choose the items you need and submit a return request. We’ll then arrange the delivery.

Yes. You can arrange another collection to add items to your existing storage plan. If the additional items require more space than your current plan provides, your plan will be adjusted to the appropriate storage size.

Door-to-Door Storage does not include direct access to the storage facility. When you need something back, log in to your Spaceship account, select the items and submit a return request.

If you need to visit your belongings regularly, our Self Storage units with 24/7 access may be more suitable.

Return delivery is charged separately from your storage and initial Move to Storage fees.

Small Item Return: $20 per trip, plus $3 per item.

Storage Return: From $120 per trip for a 20 sqft move load, plus $60 for each additional 20 sqft.

Small Item Return is available only for eligible items weighing less than 20kg, measuring less than 1.8m in any dimension and safely carried by one person. A maximum of 20 items applies.

Every storage plan includes basic protective coverage for loss or damage at SGD 1.00 per kilogram, up to $200 per item and a total maximum of $1,500 per customer.

An additional excess of $30 applies to eligible claims. Coverage does not include damage caused by mould, mildew, odour or discolouration. Please review the full protection terms and exclusions before storing your items.

Yes. The minimum storage period is one month. Storage is billed monthly on a rolling basis, and 14 days’ notice is required to end your storage plan.

You can store most furniture, boxes, household belongings, office equipment, documents and business inventory.

We cannot store perishables, hazardous materials, illegal goods, cash, jewellery or other prohibited valuables. Items that are wet, damp, mouldy, infested or likely to damage other stored belongings may also be refused.
