Your items are inventorised, transported, received, and carefully placed in storage. Our team is well trained to ensure your items are stored safely, and occupying the least amount of space so that you'll end up paying less.

Yes, storage fees shown are billing on a monthly basis while the moving fees is an additional one time fee. To sign up for our storage plans, you will need to engage our moving service. Our movers are in-house, experienced, and trained to handle your items with utmost care. To ensure safety of your items, our movers are trained to wrap delicate items with extra protective wrapping so as to minimize the risk of damages during transit and storage. Additionally, we also create a list of your stored items for you to keep track and for easy retrievals in the future.

Our storage facilities are located in multiple locations in Singapore and each facility is secured, have high ceiling for better air circulation, accessible only by the Spaceship team and have 24/7 surveillance cameras. Your items will be stored in one of our own managed facilities, depending on the availability of the space, the type of items you are storing, as well as the transport route planned during the day of your first pick up. Your items are typically placed on wooden pallets or in crates, stacked safely by our in house Spaceship team, and wrapped together using stretch film wrapping to further optimise the space used.

Our facilities are accessible only by our Spaceship team for security reasons. To retrieve your items, just log in online, select the items you want returned, and we'll send it back to you.

Spaceship is very competitively priced with other storage providers. We also have a best price guarantee for our SQFT plans where we'll price match our SQFT plans should you find a lower qualifying rate from other traditional self-storage companies. Our moving service is also very competitively priced. We provide the same standards as the premium movers but at mass market prices.

Our boxes are double-walled carton boxes that measure (LWH) 0.6m * 0.4m * 0.34m. They are highly durable and stackable to help save space. Each plan comes with a certain number of boxes. If you are unsure of the number of boxes, feel free to order more, we'll only bill you for the actual number of boxes that you use. Each plan comes with 1x free delivery of packing materials and subsequent trips will be charged at $25 per delivery of packing materials.
